Sophie Pestieau, MD, is a pediatric anesthesiologist at Children's National. Dr. Pestieau was promoted to full professor in 2022 and has served in multiple leadership roles during her 18 years at Children’s National. Her main interests are pediatric pain medicine and regional anesthesia.

Dr. Pestieau is married with two young children. In her free time, she enjoys running.
