Biografía
Sarah Ballow Clauss, MD, joined Children’s National in 2002. She received her bachelor’s degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, and then earned her medical degree from SUNY Buffalo in Buffalo, NY. She completed her pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, PA. She was a pediatric cardiology fellow at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Md. Dr. Clauss specializes in fetal echocardiography and dyslipidemias. Dr. Clauss is involved in the Joint Council on Congenital Heart Disease National Pediatric Cardiology Quality Improvement Collaborative to improve outcomes in children with heart disease. She sees patients at the Children's Outpatient Center of Montgomery County on the second Tuesday of the month and at the Diabetes Care Complex in the main hospital on the second Friday of the month.
