Nicholas Clemm, MD

Hospitalist

Nicholas Clemm, MD, started his career working as a program analyst at the National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI). In that role, he contributed to the basic genomics research that underlies much of modern medicine. However, upon witnessing how physicians bring science to bear on people’s lives, he decided on a career change. While completing the last few courses required for admission to medical school, he worked as a middle and high school teacher. Now he enjoys practicing hospitalist medicine in the DC, MD, VA area.
