Melissa Kelley, MD, is a child psychiatrist and pediatrician at Children’s National with a focus on outpatient child and adolescent psychiatry, integrated care and primary care pediatrics. Dr. Kelley graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a triple major in English (literature), international affairs and neuroscience. She earned her medical degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, School of Medicine where she also completed the Global Health Track. Dr. Kelley completed a triple-board residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital in general pediatrics, adult psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry. In her final year of training, Dr. Kelley served as a chief resident for the triple-board program. Dr. Kelley has a focus on integrating mental health care into the primary care setting, psychiatric care of medically complex children and medical education.
