Jeffery Strelzik, MD, was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. He attended the University of Maryland, College Park, where he earned undergraduate degrees in psychology and neurobiology/physiology and attended medical school at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA. He completed his child neurology residency at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C. He is an assistant professor of neurology and pediatrics and the associate program director of the Child Neurology Residency Program at Children’s National Hospital.

Dr. Strelzik has a clinical and research focus in pediatric headaches and concussions, and an enthusiasm for neurogenetics. He is the director of the Headache Injection Program and director of the Outpatient Headache Infusion Program. Dr. Strelzik is also a founding member of the Interdisciplinary Concussion Care Clinic at Children’s National. He completed the Master Teacher Leadership Development Program and has a strong interest in medical education.

Dr. Strelzik has general child neurology clinics and headache clinics in Friendship Heights, Prince George's County and the Main Hospital.
