Benjamin Swanson, DO, is a graduate of Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine at Seton Hill. He attended Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center for general psychiatry residency where he developed an interest in pediatric consultation and liaison psychiatric service as well as teaching and education. He is a recent graduate of the child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Children's National Hospital where he served as inpatient chief fellow in his second year. His primary interest is in acute care of psychiatric illnesses and psychiatric care of medically complex patients.
