Amber Breigh Young, MD

Pediatrician

Amber Young, MD, completed her undergraduate studies with a B.S. in sociocultural anthropology and biomolecular science at the University of Michigan. She attended medical school at the University of Virginia and completed her pediatric training at Children’s National Hospital in the Primary Care Track in 2024. While in residency, she completed the Policy, Equity, and Advocacy Pathway and the Global Health Pathway. Dr. Young enjoys taking care of children from infancy through adolescence and has a special interest in developmental and behavioral concerns. Outside the office, Dr. Young enjoys hiking with her partner and their dog, cycling around D.C. and traveling.
